Hey I just saw this and thought "Hey... I could do this too", So I made my own speed animation (well more like speed drawing) on my page, It shows some of my new animation and just how I drew 1 frame of animation, I'm still new to the whole screen capture thing so yea. Thanks for the Idea :)
And now a comment about this that doesn't relate to me.
I've seen some of you're animations and It seems like drawing anime heads is you're strong point :). I like you're style but you just need to perfect the movement. Try using guidelines for the body as well as the face.

It does indeed. That short clip took me about 6 hours to make. and it's a very ruff unrefined animation XD" I'll will try and make more videos of my animation progress :>
